Who is responsible

The controller is Palmquill Digital Media N.V., Landhuis Groot Kwartier, Groot Kwartierweg 12, Willemstad, Curaçao. Requests about your data, including access and deletion, go to [email protected].

We follow the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in force since 1 September 2023. For visitors from the European Economic Area we also observe the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies.

What the server records

For every page served, the server log keeps the IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page, browser and operating system. These entries let us serve pages, trace faults and fend off attacks. Nobody builds visitor profiles from them, and they are purged when security and troubleshooting no longer call for them.

E-mail, feedback and newsletter

An e-mail to us is read and answered; the thread stays in our mailbox while the matter is open or a legal claim might still arise. Our feedback and newsletter widgets come from fortunida.com, which sees only the fields you fill in yourself. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

On your first visit two cookies are set: mz_src records which page a click came from and lasts 30 days; mz_vid is an anonymous visit identifier kept for 365 days. A click on a partner link also sets XSRF-TOKEN (protection against forged requests) and mozbiz_session (the redirect session), both valid for less than a day. Your choice in the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser.

Partner links first hop through a redirect on swisscasinoguide.com; that hop tells the operator which of our pages sent you, which is how commissions get counted. Once you land on the casino site, its own privacy rules cover anything it collects.

Processing outside Switzerland

Because the publisher is based in Curaçao, data is also handled outside Switzerland. We share personal data only with service providers we need to run the site, and we never sell it.

Your rights

Under the FADP you can obtain a copy of whatever information is stored on you, to corrections, to erasure where no retention duty applies, and to oppose processing. Send a short note to [email protected] and expect a reply within the legal time limit. Unhappy with the outcome? Complaints are handled by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Minors

Nobody under 18 is our audience. Should a minor's details reach us anyway, for instance through the feedback form, we erase them as soon as we notice.
